By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of future bookings.

2. ‍By booking our studio, you automatically agree to abide by the established rules and policies. Ensure that you carefully read and understand these terms before proceeding.
3. Refusal of Future Bookings:
4. ‍Non-compliance with the studio rules may lead to refusal of booking requests in the future. We reserve the right to enforce this policy to maintain a conducive and respectful environment for all users.
5. Booking Requests
6. ‍All bookings made through this platform are considered requests and do not guarantee confirmation. We review each request to ensure alignment with our policies and availability.
7. Confirmation Process:
8. ‍Once you have successfully booked and completed the payment process, you will receive an email containing confirmation details and the studio location. Please wait for this confirmation before considering your booking finalized.

Studio Rules

1. Bookings: All bookings made through this platform are considered requests and do not guarantee confirmation. We review each request to ensure alignment with our policies and availability.
2. ‍Parking: One car is allowed in the main driveway; all other guests must park up the street.‍
3. Room Occupancy: A Room: Maximum of 4 guests. B and C Rooms: Maximum of 3 guests unless approved by Cody Patrick.‍
4. Firearms Policy: No open firearms are allowed upon entrance to the studio premises.
5. Payment: Full payment must be made before the session starts. All sessions are pre-paid via this booking site. Cash payment is not accepted unless paid days in advance.‍
6. Storage: Engineers are responsible for keeping their own hard drives for file storage.‍
7. Weapons: No automatic weapons are allowed on the premises.‍
8. Cleaning Policy: The studio must be cleaned before the end of the session. Failure to do so will result in a $250 cleaning charge, applicable to everyone.‍‍
9. File Labeling: Engineers must label all files with producer names for organization.
10. Rule Enforcement: Engineers must be willing and ready to enforce these rules during studio sessions.‍
11. Cody Patrick reserves the right to remove anyone from the room for any reason.‍
12. No Overnight Stays
13. No Smoking on Front Porch‍
14. No story posts are allowed that include the studio's location.‍
15. No Gambling
16. No visitors are allowed to purchase drugs from the studio.‍
17. File Deletion: All files will be deleted at the end of the session, so it is the responsibility of individuals to keep their own hard drives.
